One of the most frustrating things in online betting is spending years playing and depositing significant amounts, only to have the platform never acknowledge your loyalty. At bonus138, we believe that is simply not fair. That is why the bonus138 VIP Rewards Programme was built from the ground up with one goal — ensuring that every ringgit you wager earns its worth back.
The bonus138 VIP Programme is more than just a fancy title. It is a transparent, straightforward system that delivers genuine value to active players in Malaysia. Every RM10 you wager — whether on Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, Poker, or blackjack — earns 1 VIP Point. These points accumulate automatically in your account and determine your current VIP tier.
The best part is that you do not need to register separately for the bonus138 VIP Programme. All new members are automatically placed at the Bronze tier and begin accumulating points from their very first bet. No extra forms, no complicated application process — everything happens seamlessly in the background.
One of the most valuable benefits in the bonus138 VIP Programme is daily cashback. Unlike the weekly rebates commonly offered by other platforms, bonus138 calculates cashback every day and credits it directly to your account each morning. This means that even on an unlucky day, you still get a portion of your money back.
For Bronze members, daily cashback is 0.3% of total net losses within a 24-hour period. This increases to 0.6% for Silver, 1.0% for Gold, 1.5% for Platinum, and 2.0% for Diamond members. For active players, this can return tens or even hundreds of ringgit every week — money you can reinvest or withdraw.
Bonus138 cashback is calculated from net losses after all winnings within a 24-hour period have been deducted. There is no maximum cap on cashback — the more actively you play, the more you can earn back. Best of all, cashback carries no strict wagering requirements — you can withdraw after meeting a simple minimum condition.
From the Platinum tier onwards, every bonus138 member is assigned a dedicated personal account manager reachable directly via WhatsApp or Telegram. This is a bonus138 representative assigned exclusively to you — someone who knows your gaming history, your preferred sports, and can assist with special requests such as betting limit increases, express withdrawal processing, or access to exclusive promotions not advertised to the public.
Diamond members enjoy round-the-clock account manager support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Even at midnight on a Sunday, you can reach your VIP manager for anything you need. For high-stakes players, this kind of dedicated support offers peace of mind that's truly priceless.
Your bonus138 VIP account manager also acts as your liaison for exclusive offers — such as enhanced odds on major events, early access to new promotions, and invitations to special bonus138 events held at selected venues across Malaysia.
Another standout benefit of the bonus138 VIP programme is faster withdrawal processing at every tier. Bronze members enjoy withdrawals within 2 hours — already quicker than most platforms. But as a Diamond member, your winnings are processed in just 15 minutes.
Withdrawals at bonus138 can be made via DuitNow Transfer, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost and ShopeePay. All of these are everyday local Malaysian payment methods, so there are no currency conversion issues or international transfer fees.
Daily withdrawal limits are also significantly higher for upper-tier VIP members. Diamond members can withdraw up to RM100,000 per day, compared to the standard RM10,000 limit for regular members. This matters greatly for high-value players who need greater flexibility in managing their funds.
Live Casino games such as baccarat and roulette earn VIP Points at a higher rate compared to slots.
Bet on EPL football, IPL T20 cricket, and BWF badminton matches to earn high-value VIP points.
Bonus138 deposit bonuses multiply your betting value — the bigger your deposit, the more VIP points you earn.
VIP points are calculated on a rolling 30-day basis. Playing consistently every day is more effective than occasional big sessions.
VIP Tip: Members who deposit a minimum of RM200 per day and play Live Casino consistently can reach Gold tier within 3 to 4 weeks at bonus138.
